We collect as little as possible, use it only to reply to you and do the work, and never sell it. This page explains exactly what that means.
1. Who we are
Plotap Solution (“we”, “us”) is a software development company based in Lahore, Pakistan. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@plotapsolution.com.
2. What we collect
- Information you send us. Your name, email, company, budget range and project details when you use the contact form or email us.
- Project information. Files, credentials and data you share with us while we work together.
- Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build marketing profiles.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals.
- To deliver, support and invoice the work you hire us for.
- To keep this website secure and working.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
4. Legal basis
We process personal information because you asked us to (pre-contract steps), because we need it to perform a contract with you, because we have a legitimate interest in running and securing our business, or because the law requires it.
5. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as email, hosting, project management and accounting tools, and only as far as they need it. They are bound to protect it. We never sell or rent personal information.
6. Retention
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and then for the period required by tax and accounting law.
7. Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls and reputable providers. Client credentials are stored in a password manager and removed at handover. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your data.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in the future, we will update this page first.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
