Terms of Service
Plain-language terms for using this website and for working with us. Each project also has its own signed agreement, which takes priority where the two differ.
1. Using this website
You may browse and share this website for personal or business evaluation. Please do not copy its design, code or content for your own commercial use, attempt to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful.
2. Information on this site
We keep the site accurate, but descriptions of services, timelines and pricing models are general. A binding scope, price and schedule are only set in a written proposal or contract.
3. Proposals and contracts
Every engagement starts with a written proposal. Work begins once both sides accept it and any agreed deposit is paid. The project agreement covers scope, deliverables, payment terms, acceptance and support.
4. Payment
Fixed-price projects are invoiced in milestones. Dedicated teams and retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 14 days unless the agreement says otherwise.
5. Ownership of work
Once paid in full, you own the code, designs and documentation we create specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools and general know-how, and grant you a permanent licence to use any of them included in your product. Third-party and open-source components remain under their own licences.
6. Confidentiality
We keep your business information confidential and are happy to sign an NDA before you share details. We will only show your project in our portfolio with your permission.
7. Warranties and liability
We deliver work with professional care and fix defects reported within the support period at no extra cost. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect losses.
8. Third-party content

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan unless a project agreement states another jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top always shows the current version.
